All events being set up by Anointed Occasions & Special Events require :

25% Initial deposit due 45 days prior to event, additional 25% deposit due 30 days prior to event, Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event .

*If event is being booked 30 days or less than event time a 50% deposit is required*

 

All rentals whether it be pick up or delivery require a 50% deposit to hold the items for the event date, Remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the date of pick up or delivery.

All rental items must be returned within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 5 days of the initial booking

25% Restock Fee after 10 days of the initial deposit

Restock Fee after 20 days of the initial deposit  50%

                                                             

                             NO REFUNDS AFTER 21 days of the initial deposit. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT 

If there is an extenuating circumstance for the cancellation reason please contact us right away to go over possible refund
